Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Webpg Pro, a subscription-based platform offering website creation and maintenance services, primarily for businesses. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts & Payments
2.1 Users must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.2 Webpg Pro services are provided on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
2.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services, including removal of your website from public view.
2.4 Webpg Pro reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers.

3. Services
3.1 Webpg Pro provides custom website design and setup, including basic content and photos, based on information provided by the user.
3.2 Routine updates and small edits are included in the subscription, but Webpg Pro reserves the right to impose limits or fees for excessive or frequent edit requests at its sole discretion.
3.3 Users may gain limited editing capabilities in the future; however, Webpg Pro may still be the primary provider of edits and content management.
3.4 Legacy websites may be exported and delivered as zipped files upon cancellation, upon request. Future template-based sites may not be exportable.

4. Content & Restrictions
4.1 Users are solely responsible for all content submitted or displayed on their website.
4.2 Users agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is hateful, explicit, political, religious, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
4.3 Webpg Pro retains the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, at its sole discretion.

5. Ownership & Rights
5.1 Users retain ownership of any content they provide, including text, images, and media.
5.2 Webpg Pro retains ownership of all website templates, layout designs, and proprietary systems used to deliver its services.
5.3 Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Webpg Pro templates solely in connection with their subscription.
5.4 Users may not resell, redistribute, or export templates or underlying code for use outside of Webpg Pro.

6. Downtime, Liability & Disclaimers
6.1 Webpg Pro strives to provide continuous and secure access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
6.2 Webpg Pro is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, data loss, or security breaches caused by internet or hosting outages, user error, or third-party service interruptions.
6.3 Webpg Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Cancellation & Termination
7.1 Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, the user’s website will be unpublished and deleted after a grace period, unless otherwise requested.
7.2 Webpg Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms or other misuse, with or without prior notice.
7.3 In the event of termination, Webpg Pro is under no obligation to retain or return any data or content unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Webpg Pro may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through email or platform notification.
8.2 Continued use of the service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
